Traditional cost reduction training
We also conduct "traditional"
cost reduction
familiarization training that can be designed to be more of a
lecture to impart knowledge and inform rather than to be a working
session. In some cases, more of that educational component is
incorporated into the two-day Power Idea Session as is appropriate
for the audience and the company.
In other cases, with hourly employees for example, the sessions
may be an hour or up to a half-day with more of an educational
component to allow them to understand and engage in the process.
